A 36 months postdoctoral position is available starting from April 2015 to join a novel research program developed within the Institute of Human Genetics (IGH), Montpellier, France (http://www.igh.cnrs.fr/).
Our research is dedicated to the study of the molecular basis of cancer-related inflammation, using Fanconi Anemia as a model cancer susceptibility syndrome (Laguette et al. Cell 2014). This research program is supported by the European Research Council (ERC) and will involve the use of molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry approaches. The project will benefit from our expertise in the field, from the stimulating research environment provided by the IGH and from state-of-the art facilities present in the vicinity.
We are seeking motivated candidates willing to work in a highly competitive field. Experience in biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology is required. A background in molecular immunology would be appreciated. Candidates should have strong communication and organization skills.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Biological Sciences. Applicants should send a motivation letter together with a CV and email addresses of 2-3 referees to Nadine Laguette (email@example.com) before the 28th of February 2015….
