Positions are available immediately at Duke University School of Medicine to two highly motivated postdoctoral research fellows. Candidates should have experience with mouse models and a strong background in one or more areas of molecular biology, cell biology, live imaging, and/or electrophysiology with an interest in brain circuitry and behavior. The successful candidates will work jointly with Professor Chunlei Liu (Brain Imaging and Analysis Center) and Professor Eric Benner (Department of Pediatrics).
Candidates should hold a recent doctoral degree in Molecular/Neurobiology, Neuroscience or a closely related field. Expertise in common neurobiology techniques are required. Experience in membrane channels is a plus.
