At the University of Bergen, Department of Biomedicine, there is a temporary full-time position available as a postdoctoral fellow for three years, financed by the Cancer Society. The project is called ”Targeting invasive and angiogenic mechanisms in human glioblastoma”. The postdoctoral fellow will be part of the Translational Cancer Research group.
Our research group is working on invasive and angiogenic mechanisms of human glioblastoma in vivo using unique tumor animal models. A special focus is the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). Salary level 57 (NOK 482 800 per year, before tax), with a degree in Medicine or Dentistry level 59, with a medical specialization level 61, on the government salary scale.
