岗位职责
• Assist patients with the registration process and book futureappointments for patients 协助患者登记信息、为患者做预约服务
• Settle patient accounts by processing invoices and collecting paymentsfrom patients为患者结账、开发票
• Coordinate with medical team or service related department to providepatient UFH standard service. 与医疗团队或相关服务部门协调以向患者提供和睦家高水准服务
• Provide a high level of customer service to patients by responding topatient inquiries via phone, email, or in person.对患者的来电来邮或亲自登门咨询提供高品质的客户服务

任职条件
1. Associate college degree preferred;
2. Working experience in cashiering/reception/customer servicepreferred;
3. Language skills in Chinese and English,Cantonese,verbal andnon-verbal
4. Communicating skill in interacting with patients
5. Coordinating skill in dealing with problems
6. Basic knowledge of Reception and Cashiering;
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
8. Basic understanding of customer service;
9. Basic understanding of healthcare industry

职位概述
1. Ensure that the scheduling and registration process for the patientis completed accurately and efficiently保证准确无误并高效地完成患者的预约和登记
2. Respond to patient inquiries and educate them on UFH-level policiesand procedures.
有效回应患者的疑问并根据和睦家的政策和流程帮教患者
3. Assist with generating patient invoices and processing patientpayments to ensure that
patient’s accounts are settled. 协助打印发票、为患者结账
4. Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure that patient has activemedical
coverage for the services that they receive at UFH.与保险公司沟通协调以确保患者在和睦家所接受的医疗服务在被保险的范围内
5. Assist Supervisor/Manager with any new initiatives or specialprojects. 协助主管/经理
完成新的任务或额外项目
6. Can accept shift work. 能接受轮班工作,不保证周末休息
