岗位职责 • Create training and development strategy and action plans to implementdynamic learning systems contributing to the success of theorganization. • Plan, manage, and coordinate learning objectives and instructionalstrategies, including developing the best methodologies for trainingdelivery (i.e. web-based, classroom, etc.) and evaluation processes. • Manage specific clinical training programs, such as the Senior StaffTraining and the New Physician Fundamental Skills Training. • Provide program support for UFH Way training and fellowship programfaculty training. • Assess on-going training programs for both mission and margin growth.Advise program/center directors on developing strategies that can helppromote programs to external audiences and generate revenue. • Analyze learning needs in line with UFH initiatives. • Analyze, manage and optimize training resources to achievecost-effective outcomes. • Provide training guidance for UFH facilities, departments anddisciplinary fields. • Facilitate classroom and non-classroom based activities as an integralpart of the learning and development solutions. • Evaluation & Follow-up: Collect feedback from participants ontraining course delivery quality; follow up on behavior change &competencies improvement after training. • Define KPIs of learning and development in correlation with UFH/CoLgoals, follow up the trends of KPI, and take improvement actions. • Serve as an internal liaison on non-clinical training programs. Ensureinternal collaboration and sharing of resources. Refine the orientationprocess for physicians. • Guide and support department heads and managers to develop appropriateand practical career development plans that contribute to individualaspirations as well as organizational expectations, drivefacility/department ownership in training initiatives, and teamcommitment to cross-disciplinary activities. • Conduct training sessions as needed. • Summarize and provide monthly training report. * Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Learning. 任职条件 Qualifications: • Minimum of Master’s degree in education, psychology, publicadministration, business administration plus 3-5 years of teaching ortraining equivalent. • 3-5 years of progressive experience in the field of program planningand management, clinical training, or a related field. • Proven record of working with Chinese health agencies and medicalsocieties. • Proven record of working with clinical professionals especiallyphysicians. • Strong desire to improve our services, processes and systems. • Self-directed, process oriented, attention to detail, ability to driveconsensus in decision making and problem solving, ability to engagestake holders and form collaborations. • Ability to develop and translate strategies and plans into action.
Knowledge & Skills: • Bilingual in English and Chinese. • Hands-on experience in planning, organizing and executing clinicaltraining activities. • Outstanding verbal, written communications, multi-tasking andpresentation skills. • Knowledge of health agencies and medical societies strongly desired. • Solid financial skills. The ability to create budget and manageexpenditure. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
