POSITION SUMMARY: Direct the marketing and communications team in developing strategicmarketing/communication plans and implementing marketing projects inaccordance with the TBH overall strategic plan. Responsible for mattersrelated to the hospital’s marketing, public and community relations,advertising, internal and external communications. ESSENTIAL TASKS: n Innovate with TBH leadership to develop and implement marketing andbranding strategy to create consistent brand image and generatetop-of-mind brand awareness n Lead the content team on content planning and generation; developdepartment budget and conduct data-driven result measurement n Review marketing material requests, liaise between internal clientsand content team including setting realistic expectations, providingdetailed direction to the design team and coordinating production ofcollateral materials across all marketing channels n Fosters positive relationships with media to maintain and enhancecompany brand image. Supervise the PR specialist to facilitate PRinitiatives n Develops, coordinates and maintains community relations activitiesconsistent with hospital’s strategic plan, including educationalsessions, job fairs and CSR events n Represent or co-represent the brand with senior management to dealwith external stakeholders including but not limited to media, physiciangroups, academic institutions or business partners, etc.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: n Provide support to other departments upon request KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: n Strong strategic development, annual planning and effective KPIsetting skills to meet long-term and short-term marketing objectives anddemonstrate team’s performance to the senior management n Innovative yet practical thinking on conceptualizing and designingmarketing programs/campaigns to meet objectives and create impact. n Strong writing and editing background needed. Extensive knowledge andexperiences in digital marketing n Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing PR relatedpractices, including but not limited to media relations, stakeholdermapping, community outreach, crisis management, event management, etc. n Great communication and coordination skills, both written and oral inEnglish and Mandarin n Previous experience in healthcare service or premium service industrywould be a plus EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE: n Master in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project POSITIONS SUPERVISED: n Content team, PR specialist and Marketing associates EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: n Bachelor’s degree or above. Education background in Marketing, PublicRelations, Journalism, life science or related area preferred n Minimum 5 years working experience. In-house marketing position withMNCs in healthcare, consumer-facing, service-oriented industriespreferred n Fully comfortable with multi-cultural, start up working environment
