POSITION SUMMARY: n This position will provide clinical research project coordinatefunction at clinical sites. ESSENTIAL TASKS: n Establish and maintain of all project documentation including allfiles, records and reports according to the scope of work and SOPS. n Help to design and modify structured clinical information databasebased on the project needs. n Provide training to doctors, nurses and researchers according to theprotocol and procedure at clinical sites. n Follow up with patients for the continuous disease management andcommunication. n Perform periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness. n Coordinate and track all information, communications, documents,materials and supplies for assigned projects. n Take and record minutes, notes and actions at assigned meetings,distribute and follow up accordingly. n Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases,tracking tools, timelines and project plans with project specificinformation. n Prepare and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports,and assist the project manager(s) with budget allocation and approval ofinvoices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: n Familiarity with hospital and clinical environment, previous workingexperience in oncology is desired n Good team work and people skills n Good communication skills n Independent problem solving skills n Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output n Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines n May require travel of up to 40% of working time

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: n Medical, nursing degree or Bachelor degree in life sciences orclinical related field n 3-5 years customer service experience; 3+ years’ experience in amedical setting preferred n Comfortable writing, reading, and speaking in both English and Chinese
