Management of Healthline team -As the team leader and manager, in charge of daily rotationarrangement, objective setting, performance assessment, team-buildingand coaching team members. Take overall accountability of Healthlineservice quality and report to related management team.
Liaison with internal functions -Be responsible for internal communication, support and cooperation withSales and Marketing, operation, customer services, and medical team forHealthline and other wellness service related issues.
Define and develop wellness product -According to market demand and client’s needs, lead the team to define,develop and deliver new wellness products and associated supportingSOPs, documents and technical requirement.
Support wellness product promotion activity -Liaising with Sales and Marketing team, support wellness productpromotion activity including attending client meeting, deliveringwellness education lectures and organizing promotion activities etc.
Support sourcing and relationship maintenance of third party wellnessservice providers -Liaising with Global Assistance Network team and Partner Developmentteam, support Healthline and other wellness service provider sourcing,network establishment, and relationship maintenance.
Provide training to wellness doctor and CSE -Define and deliver Healthline and other wellness product job relatedtraining and introduction materials.
Required Skills and Knowledge -Rich clinical medicine knowledge, ideally more than 3-5 years in broadclinic base such as family medicine, internal medicine or emergencymedicine -Excellent communication skills both internally (with team members) andexternally (with patient / clients) -Ability to solve problems in a timely and constructive fashion. -Good time management ability including self-management. -Good presentation skill, preferably with experience of formal lecturesor training course. -Good business exposure and experience in Chinese health/wellnessmarket. -Good leadership for team consisting of medical or health professionals.

Required Work Experience -At least 3 years formal clinical practice experience in a 3A hospital,or 5+ years clinical practice in a 2A above hospital -At least 2 years of experience as leader role, or as projectmanager/leader for more than 2 completed projects in health or wellnessfield.
Required Qualifications -Master Degree or above, graduated from recognizable medical university -Hold valid Chinese clinical doctor qualification and practice license
