职位描述JD:
1、策划、管理、组织编制集团发展战略规划,报董事会批准,定期评估规划落实情况,并组织修正、调整规划;
To plan, manage, & organize the business development and strategicplanning of CMHG and propose to the board for approval; to evaluate theimplementation regularly and make adjustment where needed;
2、组织编制集团及下属公司年度商业发展计划,组织评估潜在的医疗和养老服务发展项目在集团现有医院和养老公司的内外部发展的可行性,考核下属公司项目落实情况;
To organize CMHG and subsidiaries to work out annul financial andbusiness plans; to assess the feasibility of the development ofpotential medical and elderly-care services development projects withinthe group's existing subsidiaries; to assess the implementation ofsubsidiaries;
3、协调、整合、优化下属公司商业发展项目,确保下属公司合作以达到价值和效率最大化;组织指导集团内各类项目管理、合作活动,建立合作方、客户和项目数据库,进行项目储备;
To coordinate, integrate and prioritize business development projects ofsubsidiaries, ensure cooperation of subsidiaries to maximize the valueand efficiency; to assist and conduct in all kinds of project businessmanagement, cooperation activities; to setup database of cooperativepartners, clients and projects;
4、组织对商业发展项目进行市场调研、可行性分析论证,与下属公司团队合作;监管项目实施过程,做好资源配置,参与对外沟通谈判,评估投资效益和风险;
To organize marketing investigation and feasibility analysis and reporton business development projects; to cooperate with project team ofsubsidiaries; to supervise project implementation and deployment ofresource; be involved in negotiation and evaluation of investment returnand risk;
5、组织评估国内外宏观经济驱动,以及医疗、养老、地产行业政策因素,评估驱动因素和政策对集团战略发展的影响,收集同行与竞争对手信息,指导下属公司参与行业竞争;
To assess macro economy drivers and policies of medical, elderly-carereal estate sectors in China and abroad; to evaluate the influence ofthe drivers and policies on group business development; to collectinformation on industries and competitors and assist subsidiaries onindustry and competitors assessment;
6、组织编制集团及下属公司有关战略、规划、投资、合作相关业务的管理制度及流程;
To setup rules, regulations, and procedure on strategy, planning,investment and cooperative business for the group and subsidiaries.
7、统筹规划业务发展,建立土地开发建设项目的审计工作计划和预算;
To overall planning the business development, to setup an audit workplan and budget on land development and construction project;
8、协调所有相关的政府部门,从开始的投资到项目的完成,包括获得所需的许可证和证书;
To coordinate with all relevant government departments, from start tocompletion of investments and projects, including obtaining requiredlicenses and certifcates;
9、负责部门团队建设、规范工作流程和部门制度建设。
To manage business development team; Responsible for team building, SOPand setting up rules and regulations。

资历要求Qualifications:
1、大学本科及以上学历,金融、财经等相关专业,或卫生事业管理、工程管理相关专业毕业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in or related financial, economics,medical , engineering management or related major;
2、年龄35-45周岁,工作10年以上,其中管理岗位5年以上;
Age 35-45 years, more than 10 years of work experience, of which morethan 5 years in management positions;
3、具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力及沟通技巧;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English andChinese;
4、具备优秀的项目执行与操作能力,组织领导及协调能力;
Excellent project execution and operation ability, organization andleadership and coordination ability;
5、具有全面的经济、金融、财务、审计、法律等方面知识;
Have the knowledge of economy, finance, auditing, law and so on;
6、熟悉医院、养老或地产等行业运营工作,能提出项目运作和管理建议;
Familiar with the operation of medical, elderly-care and real estateindustries, can propose recommendations on project operation andmanagement;
7、硕士、MBA、有海外留学经历或有医院、养老工作经验者优先。
Master, MBA, overseas study experience or medical, elderly-care workingexperience is preferred.
