1. This role is heavily focused on strategic products marketing andidentifying qualified opportunities for Roche Life Science productlines.

2. The primary resource for technical information regarding products andapplications in the areas of expertise.

3. Work closely with sales, technical product specialists and marketingstaff throughout the region to identify market opportunities, drivesales, and maintain relationships in key accounts

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Business Development
业务发展
 Identify new sales opportunities and work closely with the sales teamto manage the sales process
确定销售机会,与销售紧密合作,管理销售流程
 Develop and maintain relationships with key customer accounts as wellas market influencers.
发展与维护重点客户和市场领导人关系
 Rapidly develop sales pipeline by introducing new applications byleveraging Roche’s existing RUO product lines or introducing newly CFDAapproved applications for IVD related product line .
介绍罗氏现有科研产品新应用或者CFDA批准的IVD相关产品的应用以快速发展销售途径
2. Application Expertise
应用专业技术
Responsible for the production and distribution of on-label productinformation, training materials and application notes by followingcompany related SOP requirements. Frequently work closely with globalmarketing and product management to develop relevant materials thatrefer to products’ on-label uses to be used in China market. Examplesinclude: local White Papers, application notes, FAQs and presentationsfor internal and external use.负责产品符合标示应用范围的信息、培训资料和应用说明书的生产和发放(遵循公司相关的SOP要求);与全球产品管理层紧密协作发展涉及产品符合标示应用范围内的、适用与中国市场的资料。例如:内外使用的当地白皮书,应用说明书,常见问题解答及表述书。。
 Ensure that sales, support and service are kept informed of anytechnical or strategic issues that may affect their roles.
确保销售,技术支持了解有关技术或市场策略的问题
 Providing Sales staff with applications advice for RUO products orCFDA approved applications advice for regulated products, ensuringproducts is targeted appropriately to satisfy customer needs andexpectations.
为销售人员提供科研产品的应用或者IVD应用相关产品的CFDA批准的应用的建议,确保产品符合客户期望
3. Market and Competitive Intelligence
市场和竞争能力
4. Use customer relationships, technical expertise and product knowledgeto assist local and regional marketing in the planning and coordinationof activities such as product launches, promotional campaigns, marketingcommunications, market research and competitive activity.
运用客户关系,专业技术和产品知识协助策划开展区域市场活动,如:新产品上市,促销活动,市场交流,市场调查和竞争活动。
5. Provide technical information and guidance, where required, tosupport strategic planning, revenue planning, and monthly forecastprocesses.
为策略筹划,预算计划,月度预算提供必要的技术信息和指引。
6. Ensure that marketing receive product related feedback from customersand the field to be passed back to the relevant product groups.
确保客户对产品反馈能传递到相关产品部门。
7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

8. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business andBehavior in Competition

Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. A Master degree or above in the life science discipline (molecularbiology, genetics or biochemistry required). Completion of an advanceddegree in business (MBA) or related science is strongly desired.
生命科学硕士或以上学历(分子生物,基因学或生物化学);工商管理硕士或相关科学优先
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
4. Product & marketing expertise
对产品和市场推广的专业知识

Experience工作经验:
In addition to the educational qualification, he/she shall have goodtrack record for working in a MNC company for five or more years, withrelated supervisory work experience in sales, application support,customer service or training
5年以上相关行业销售,应用支持,客户服务或培训主管外企工作经验
