职位描述

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Manage regional distributors and subdealer to achieve assigned territory sales targets.

• Manage and optimize existing distributors and subdealers to achieve overall business growth in assigned territory.
• Develop new distributor and subdealer in assigned territory to achieve profitable growth.
• Work with supporting team to improve sales and product skill of distributor by training.
• Leverage distributor and subdealer to promote DNP product in assigned territory.
• Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of distributor.
• Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans.


Actively manage account relationship and execute division and commercial strategies.
• Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations
• Develop/maintain/publish customer profile and analysis
• Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts
• Clearly and effectively communicate CI strategy and activities to customer
• Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans


Develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customer.
• Develop channel sales budget
• Develop account sales budget
• Develop expense budget
• Identify opportunities and risks
• Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts

Expand Corning’s product offering account(s) at territory.
• Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments.
• Deliver value proposition and provide feedback to PLM
• Coordinate periodic technology exchanges
• Communicate roadmaps and manufacturing capacity plans to the customer

Resolve customer issues and facilitate responsiveness
• Respond to customer requests
• Generate Corning contact profile, communicate Corning structure
• Ensure quality issue resolution
• Maintain customer action list
• Continually increase customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience


 Undergraduate degree or above in Biology or Biotechnology
 With 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
 Working experience in the Life sciences and Biotech industry

Required Skills
 Strong channel management experience and good communication skill
 Knows how to sell. Goes beyond the transaction to actively manage long-term goals
 Strong technical understanding about cell culture and assay detection
 Good English language skills both written and verbal
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Including (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management)

• Experienced in working with multiple channels (dealers or sub-dealers)
• Process driven problem solving skills (e.g. KT, project management… etc.)
• Ability to effectively manage multiple contracts
• Demonstrates effective organizational skills
• Results Oriented / Accomplishment Driven
• Superior interpersonal skills (listening, speaking, and gathering information)
• Ability to effectively interact with customers and associates in a team environment
• Strong presentation skills
