职位描述

• Work with HIT Business Manager to drive annual strategic plan (BMC/others) together with local functions and BIUs to ensure annual business target realization;
• Translates customer requirements into informatics solution design in accordance with the clinical workflow and IT strategy
• Leads project discovery and delivery in order to guarantee an effective solution design, development and deployment of solutions into the customer environment
• Advises customer management team on how the Informatics solution could be used to improve business operations and clinical outcome (KPIs)
• Act as an advocate and facilitator of customer closeness and net promoter score.
• Work closely with fellow Presale team members on solution value propositions, differentiation strategies and define key messages to targeted customer segmentation;
• Coordinate NPI (new product introduction) process along with global BIU, solution team and local R&D team;
• Provide meaningful market insight to management team and global BG/BIUs to support business decision and long term strategic business development plan through analyzing and tracking customer needs/behavior, market trends, government policy and competition dynamic;
• Lead marketing efforts along with sales and Marcom function to create market demands, build customer preference and improve brand awareness;
• Keep close communication and interaction with industry associations, KOLs, policy stakeholders and reference site customers, develop thought leadership programs and advisory programs to strengthen Philips leading position and influential power;
• Lead to develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support business development, like brochure, video, leaflet and customer stories.

• Cardiology Clinical Knowledge
• Good at English and Strategic Presentation
• Experience in defining business problems in healthcare and able to clearly articulate the customer’s needs in the form of clinical workflow and information needs
• Experience in working in project teams and in the crafting of customer solutions
• Able to lead workshops and projects in customer engagements
• Able to articulate clinical best practices to clinical personnel in a way that invokes trust in the individual and in Philips as a partner
• Preferable to have exposure of software solutions and solution-selling methods
