1.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distributionchannels that will lead to an increase in sales. 2.Identify potential business channels, and the decision makers withinthe organization. 3.Set up meetings between decision makers and company’s practiceleaders/Principals. 4.Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs,concerns, and objectives. 5.Participate in creating business models. 6.Maintain existing relationships by regular visits or phone calls 7.Present to and consult with mid and senior level management onbusiness trends with a view to developing new services, products, anddistribution channels. 8.Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and developBJURH’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. 9.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meetthese targets. 10.Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
•At least 5 years of experience in BD or B2B sales in healthcareindustry •Experience in building successful partnerships with other medical andnon-medical services, including hospitals, physician groups, andfinancial services, etc. •Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services •Excellent network of physicians and other medical professionals •Bachelor’s degree or above, medical degrees preferred
