A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purposeof this position)
In line with the China Sales and Marketing Strategy, this role willdevelop and implement marketing communications activities for China witha focus on the Chinese Market.
As a key member of the Raffles Medical China marketing team, this personwill be responsible for the development and execution of an innovativeand effective marketing strategy with a focus on digital marketingcampaigns and events, aimed at driving clinic utilization and newmembership/product sales amongst corporate clients and patients.
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of thisposition, listed in order of importance)
1. In conjunction with the Clinics Marketing Manager design and executea Chinese marketing strategy inclusive of events, campaigns andcommunications. 2. Develop and execute our digital strategy by localisation andmaintenance of the website and management of our social media profile. 3. Ensure quality of Chinese translation and accurate representation ofRaffles Medical n in all internal and external communications. 4. Monitor effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and report on results. 5. Develop relationships with media contacts and manage the media aspectof China’s marketing and communications initiatives, includingcoordinating press materials and content creation. 6. Support a vibrant client and patient education programme andconceptualise innovative ways to touch clients and end users in thecorporate sectors, with the aim to increase utilisation clinic services. 7. Participate in and/or lead strategic business projects on an ad-hocbasis, as required by the business.
