HR Officer 人力资源专员

• Main contact point for all non-Chinese staff queries with regards toCompensation and Benefits:
o Manages expatriate allowances system: processes changes toallowances, monitors use of allowances, liaises with financedepartment to track payments.
o Monitors leave data, including CME/CE, PTO, sabbatical leave andtax leave.
o Liaises with Commercial insurance to process monthly insurancepayment, and administers insurance benefit for non-Chinese staff.
o Meets with all new non-Chinese staff upon on-board to communicateC&B procedures and relevant policies.
o Initiate and manage the allowance reconciliation every June andDecember
o Create and maintain the work process and flow chart of allowancemanagement up to date
• Set up new employees personnel and training files and file inpersonnel related document to ensure the completeness and accuracy in atimely manner
• Assist HR Director with new staff on board process which includes butnot limited to name badges preparation, photograph taking, staff lockerassignment, etc.
• Non contractual document control
• Coordinate with HR Officer with work permit and visa process asrequired
• Other office administration duties as assigned

• College degree with major in Human Resources or Administrationpreferred
• Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferred
• Good written and oral English
• Good at organizing daily work
• Can work independently and take job initiative
• Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet
• Fast learning skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit
• Knowledge of administrative work and basic employment related regulations
