Job Summary职位概述:
Responsible for overall Sales Management in the assigned area andensures to achieve the sales target company set for the assigned salesterritory within sales expense budget pre-set by line manager.
负责所辖区域内的销售管理,在指定销售区域内,在公司事先设定好的销售费用预算范围前提下确保公司销售目标的顺利完成

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Lead and motivate sales team to achieve or exceed overall team salesobjective within expense budget pre-set by line manager throughobjective goal setting and resource allocation.
在由上级主管事先设定的费用预算内,通过目标设定和资源分配,领导激励销售团队达成或者超过所有销售目标
2. Submit regular sales reports to line manager in format and contentsas agreed by Company. Performs the role of regular market andcompetitive information provider for sales and marketing decisions
定期递交公司所规定的格式和内容的销售报告给直线经理, 提供定期市场和竞争信息以供销售和市场决策
3. Actively manage sales performance on monthly basis. Conductcontinuous performance evaluation for team members to identifyperformance gaps and to enhance product knowledge and selling skillseventually to improve team performance
每月积极管理销售绩效;为团队成员进行持续的绩效评估发现绩效差距以提高其产品知识和销售技能,最终提高团队的绩效表现
4. Provide realistic rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis andassists line manager to prepare annual budget at year-end
每月提供真实的运转销售预报,在年底协助上级主管准备年度预算
5. Provide coaching to responsible team members in the field. Lead theteam effectively by systematic planning on coaching and developmentactivities, realizes people development
为自己所负责的团队提供辅导,通过对辅导和发展活动进行系统计划,高效领导团队,实现人员发展
6. Actively maintain expense tracking system
积极地维护费用跟踪系统
7. Develop team members in order to support the rapid business growthand liaises with marketing/region to provide basic product training tonew-hires.
发展团队人员,以支持业务快速增长的需要,与市场部/大区协作给新加入员工提供基础的产品培训
8. Build and maintain good relations with key decision, ensure overallcustomer satisfaction.
与可以有决策权的专家建立良好关系, 确保总体客户满意度
9. Work closely with Marketing Department for implementation of nationalpromotion programs and activities.
与市场部紧密合作,以推动全国推广计划及活动的实施
10. Assist in the appointment of distributors and cooperate with SupplyChain to ensure sufficient inventory holding and coverage
协助指定经销商与供应链部门配合保证充足的库存和地区覆盖
11. Possess basic marketing concepts and provide regular analysis andinputs to Company on strategic issues like growth opportunities andthreats.
拥有基本的市场概念,给公司就战略问题例如业务增长机会和威胁提供定期的分析和意见
12. Ensure supervisors are exercising coaching and people developmentactivities and receives systematic regular feedback.
保证下级主管在进行日常的辅导和员工发展活动,接受他们系统的定期的反馈
13. Develops actively good rapport from key customers, includingprocurement offices in scientific management officials.积极发展与重点客户的良好关系,包括政府采购部门和科研领导人员
14. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager

15. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business andBehavior in Competition

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. Master degree or higher in the life science discipline or equivalent
生命科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written
英语说写能力俱佳
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
4. Product & Application Expertise
产品和应用的专业知识

工作经验 Experience :
In addition to the educational qualification, he/she shall have goodtrack record for working in a MNC company for five/eight or more years,with related supervisory work experience in sales, application support,customer service or training
5年/8年以上相关行业销售,应用支持,客户服务或培训主管外企工作经验
