Preparing and processing medical files. 5. Checking and ensuring the accuracy of the patient registrationdetails & documenting completion. 6. Maintaining sufficient doctor's name card available in the clinic. 7. Assisting physician and nurse on patient communication. 8. Recording and tracking clinic activity. 9. Other duties as assigned.
