Role Summary/Purpose Responsible for providing formal technical andclinical support during the sales process within in a limited geographicregion or limited industry/product segment. Responsibilities may includeproviding required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trialsupport) and post-sale installation, training and/or customer serviceactivities and ongoing customer support, including on site clinicalin-servicing and go-live support. May be required to play leadershiprole within local team.
Essential Responsibilities 1. Provide technical and clinical leadershipduring sales process by demonstrating full range of product featuresincluding potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customersas needed 2. Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers onsoftware, application and/or equipment use, monitor customerinstallations within assigned territory/region to improve customersatisfaction and maintain customer relationships 3. Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuingeducation on optimization of equipment utilization by customer 4. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performingproduct demonstration and promotion as well as customer training 5. Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developingsales, marketing and customer service strategies 6. Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regularfeedback on customer satisfaction and needs If also taking on team leadership role responsibilities also include: 1. Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices 2. Assist with the assimilation of new hires into the organization 3. Act as a mentor to field team, providing clinical, technical andprofessional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience 4. Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align applicationsactivities with sales needs and business objectives 5. Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managersto ensure all customer and business needs are met 6. Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes
Qualifications/Requirements Required Qualifications: 1. Required active professional clinical/technicalcertifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinicalsetting 2. Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on currentproducts/platforms 3. At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 yearsclinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstratedclinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 3 yearscommercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successesin high level customer interactions and sales scenarios 4. Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products 5. Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographicregion as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows 6. Ability to communicate effectively using local language

Experience on all current GE products for which responsibilitiescover 16. Experience within GE Clinical Applications or Clinical Marketingroles 17. Fluency in other relevant languages within territory
