Key accountabilities: • Build medical insurance provider and broker network to realize directbilling arrangement for Sunrise medical center. • Build corporate portfolio, and work with team to develop product thatspeaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. • To drive the joint effort to make Sunrise as an appointed medicalprovider for corporate clients. • Develop business referral channels within affiliated network byworking closely with marketing team. • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distributionchannels that will lead to an increase in sales. • Participate in creating business models. • Maintain existing relationships by regular visits or phone calls. • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management onbusiness trends with a view to developing new services, products, anddistribution channels. • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop • Sunrise medical centers’ unique selling propositions anddifferentiators.
Role requirements: • Minimum 10 years Business Development / Sales /Marketing Experience • Strong industry knowledge of healthcare Marketing and Sales functions,or medical insurance. • Proficiency in software skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRMtool • High level of energy and self-motivation • Takes a strategic approach to account planning • Self-motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence andinitiative. • Tenacious and proficient at developing long term relationships thatgrow year over year, always prepared to act as a consultant and resourceto customers, sees the opportunities in customers and prospects, basesdecisions on fact and intuition.
