Deliver high-level on-line health&medical consultation in aprofessional and courteous manner to customers in line with company standards Perform telephone-based health&medical consultation to clients andrecommend appropriate individ ualized measures based on company procedure Implement schedules and appointments for customers based on the company guideline/telephony scripts. Provide health&medical advice to customers in all cases Ensure that all existing operating service standards are consistentlymet and devise strategies toimprove these further. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments andsupport them according to their needs,such as good team work with medical AC,training and health&medical knowledge sharing etc. Document conversations, actions, and correspondence into customerservice system to ensure the customers are updated accurately and timely on the progressif any. Any other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks when required.
Required Qualifications Medical &health background is mandatory, national registeredphysician/doctor qualification certificate is required More than 3 years clinical medicine work experience in 3A hospital orinternational clinic is preferred Good communication skills and customer service awareness Good written and oral English Good computer skills in Microsoft software and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to grasp and comprehend concepts quickly andmaintain awareness for industr trends and standards. Good plan-making & execution abilities. Good interpersonal / training skills
