A temporary postdoctoral position is available from 1 March, 2015 until end of September 2015, in the laboratory of Dr Sonia Rocha at the University of Dundee. This position, funded by Cancer Research UK concerns the study of two important transcription factors, NF-kappaB and HIF-1alpha highly relevant for a number of human diseases. Candidates should possess a Ph.D in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or related areas and be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Essential requirements are experience in gene expression analysis and Drosophila. Ideal candidates would have experience in the hypoxia and inflammation field.
