Description
A 2½ year postdoctoral position is available in the lab of Tobias Sieberer
(Max F. Perutz Laboratories, Vienna Biocenter, Austria, http://www.mfpl.ac.at/index.php?cid=595)
to study the control of stem cell pool size in plant shoot meristems by functional characterization of the AMP1 pathway.
We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Plant Genetics or Plant Molecular Biology who is experienced in performing genetic screens in Arabidopsis. Experience in molecular cloning, plant tissue sectioning and in situ hybridisation is desired.
