Postdoctoral Research Fellow
A postdoctoral scientist is required for a research project awarded by the BBSRC to investigate the roles of the translation initiation factor eIF4A in the regulation of gene expression using translational profiling and cDNA microarray.
Candidates should have a PhD in biochemistry, cell biology, genetics or a related field. Experience in cDNA micro-array, cell culture and protein expression will be an advantage, however, training will be provided. The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team is essential.
