This position is eligible for a $500 Employee Referral Bonus consistentwith the University policy.
NIH-Funded research position for three years to study the antitumor andantimetastatic activities of inhibitors of a matrix-degrading enzyme, inbladder and prostate carcinomas. The project also involves examinationof promoter regulation. The project involves: cell culture, in vivomodels of prostate and bladder cancer, real-time PCR, PCR-cloning,promoter-reporter assays and methylation analyses.
Job Requirements: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D in Urology,Biology, or related field plus three years of prior work relatedexperience. Demonstrated experience in cell and molecular biology and anability to work independently is essential. Proficiency in oral andwritten communication in English is a must. An appropriate combinationof education, certifications, and/or relevant work experience will be considered.
