We are seeking a gifted and dynamic leader to take the Department of Biological & Biomedical Sciences, an academic Division of the School of Life Sciences, to its next stage of development post-RAE2008. You will formulate and implement new strategic developments, consolidate existing activities, expand into new areas as well as seeking new opportunities. With an outstanding record of teaching and research in a biological science, you will be expected to add significantly to the research capability as well as lead a management team within our large department.
Conferment of the Professorial title may be available at appointment.
