We are looking for Postdoctoral Fellow to study autonomic and behavioral thermoregulation in rats and mice. Highly motivated individuals with an enthusiastic interest in our research program are invited to apply. Background in systems physiology, behavioral/pain research, or neuroanatomy is preferred, but the ability to think and work independently, dedication to work, and persistence in the face of failure are more important than the area of specialization. An extensive experience with working with rats or mice, a good working knowledge of neuroanatomy, and familiarity with histoimmunochemical techniques are required. Mandatory requirements include an advanced degree (MD, PhD, or an equivalent), a track record of peer-reviewed publications, excellent computer skills, and good writing skills.
