• Using international best practices and evidence based standards to provide patients high quality dental orthodontic service ( including invisible aligner technique, fixed appliance technique , Functional Therapy etc. ) preforming follow ups and rounding with clinical leadership based on patient needs. • Partner with Dentistry staffs and supporting teams to communicate patient dental requirements and help identify clinical trends or best practices to improve dental orthodontic services • Lead in the development of clinical orthodontic treatment policies for junior orthodontist and patient care/assessment and follow-up care. • Train other dental nurses and other departments on dental care and best practices related to special clinical needs • Collect and assess patient feedback on services to support best practices and continuous growth • Cooperating with BD、Marketing teams to promote the Jiahui Dentistry brand • Equally share call/coverage duties • Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients • Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy • Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner • Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested • Participate in Fellow training when requested • Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
