We are seeking a motivated individual to work in Molecular Biology-Genetic Diversity Analysis using RAPD, ISSR, ITS of the rDNA, SSR and PCR-RFLP of forest trees and fungi based approaches. Bioinformatics-Computational analysis of EST, Microsatellite and SNP markers analysis.

Contract:

until the end of the project, 30th November 2011

Experience:

Analyses of Genetic Diversity in tree species by using SSR, RAMP, and ITS of the rDNA analysis. Furthermore currently, working on barcoding the tree species using PCR-RFLP. It is also requested good skills in computational identification of EST-SSR and SNP. Set up critical DNA extraction protocols.

Qualification

Required title: PhD in Tree Genetic Diversity
