SUMMARY This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues,internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilitiesfall in four broad categories but may not be limited to: 1. Training of customers (internal & external) and/or speaking inclinical settings on behalf of the company, 2. Clinical Support to customers especially on ClinCheck, attachment andtroubleshooting, 3. Contributor or review of clinical content of doctoreducation/marketing materials and internal clinical education materials. 4. Closely work with clinical manager/supervisor to support keycustomers and lead some projects such as training, event, proofreadingas assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department Provide ClinCheck review and clinical support to customers, especiallykey accounts. Handle ClinCheck related complaint and troubleshooting. Clinical Training (internal) – Establish and oversee internal clinicaleducation (to Align employees), in particular Clinical and Sales. Represent Align clinical present at academic and professional Alignevents to customers. Provide clinical feedbacks to research project and new product launchto improve products. Work with local KOL and speaker in the development of publicationsthat can be used by AT as case studies Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy andcompleteness in all areas Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees onproducts and process through employee training & development Closely work with clinical manager/supervisor to support key customersand lead some projects such as training, event, proofreading as assigned. Support clinical evidence and education team to develop trainingmaterial and provide high quality training to internal and external customers. Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel and support localeducation events, customer visit or take training.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental andcompany goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree of dentistry/dental technician/Oral Healthcare Fluent in English More than 3-year experience as a clinical specialist or equivalentwith enough Ortho clinical & product knowledge
