(A) SPECIFIC (60%) 1. Ensure efficient operations of the clinic in alignment withJIH’s strategic plans 2. Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the department 3. Ensure optimum utilization of clinic sessions and resources 4. Ensure patient services are delivered in a pleasant andcomfortable environment 5. Promote clinic awareness: reaching out to nearbycorporate/institutions/schools in the clinic district for health talk ormarketing event. 6. Identify service discrepancies and work on process improvement 7. Rectify service lapses and to develop alternative plans 8. To be accountable for handling patient feedback and complaintswith an understanding of the mechanics of the patient feedback channels, such that work processes can be improved. 9. Design and set up new service initiatives and patient-centricwork processes 10. Work closely with doctors and other support departments on issuesrelating to workflows and patient services. 11. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with patients and staff 12. Collaborates with the Medical Director and nursing lead to ensureunderstanding and compliance with regulatory agency. 13. Work with Medical Director to manage clinic’s costs and ensureappropriate utilization of resources to meet patient care needs. 14. Assist in planning and implementing an outcome analytics in linewith Jiahui’s overall clinic performance outcomes initiatives. 15. Supervise management of clinic inventory, office supplies, medicalsupplies and maintenance on equipment 16. Assist in the preparation of capital and operational budgets. Workwith Medical Director to establish a yearly marketing budget and basicmarketing plan. 17. Support departmental cost containment through management of laborcosts and FTE's. 18. Coordinate with procurement department for best value for products/ equipment. 19. Contribute to JIH’s strategic growth strategy by sustainingpositive department outcomes. 20. Set future goals and objectives based on patient needs, andindustry trends; accurately scope out impact,length and difficulty offuture strategies; and clearly articulate strategic intent to gainsupport among management and employees. 21. Bring identified concerns from clinic staffs to Medical Director’sand nursing leaders’ attention promptly.
