岗位职责: PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES 主要责任 1.Provide surgery service in main hospital. 在主医院提供手术服务。 2. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of theteam. Review subjective and objective findings including labs,diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and providedata to senior consultant surgeons when necessary. 单独或作为团队的一部分进行每日患者查房。审查主观和客观结果，包括实验室、诊断测试、生命体征、伤口状态和引流，必要时向高级顾问外科医生提供数据。 3. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications,therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed. 为患者提供有关程序、药物、治疗目标等方面的教育。根据需要安排会诊和病人转移。 4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment ofdiagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in theinpatient and outpatient setting. 与高级顾问合作，确定住院和门诊治疗的诊断和治疗以及出院需求。 5. Stop drainage, change dressings, wound assessment, suture and sutureremoval, cast and splint application and removal as directed. 按照指示停止引流、更换敷料、伤口评估、缝合钉和缝合线移除、石膏和夹板应用和移除。 6. Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultationwith the CMO 与CMO协商，对特殊病例进行独立手术 12. Assists senior consultants on surgical cases 协助高级顾问处理外科病例 13. Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other surgical team and CMO 与其他外科团队和CMO合作，在科室内开展质量改进活动 14. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee 是否同意在一家医院/诊所委员会任职 15. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of theDepartment in supporting departmental goals 将与行政领导/部门主席密切合作，支持部门目标 16. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultationwith Department Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO. 根据与部门领导/主席和/或医务主任/CMO的协商，可授予额外的职责。
任职要求: 1.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE：教育/经验 MD or equivalent 硕士或同等学历 2. Board certification or equivalent in general surgery 委员会认证或同等学历的普通外科资质证书 3. Completed degree from and accredited Chinese or international medical university 获得中国或国际认可的医科大学的学位 4. Completed full training in general surgery in and accredited trainingprogram either in China or abroad 在中国或国外的认证培训项目中完成全面的普外科培训 5. At lease 3-5 years clinical surgical experience 至少3-5年临床手术经验 6. English required: Chinese preferred 英语要求:中文优先 7. Ability to interpret history, exam findings, labs and test results tosynthesize an operative or non-operative management plan according tointernational standards. 能够解释病史，检查结果，实验室和测试结果，根据国际标准综合手术或非手术管理计划。
