岗位职责: Management: 1. Establish a clear and workable receptionist structure. 2. Lead regular performance evaluation for staff. 3. Manage team headcount, budget and expenses. 4. Work with other departments to provide seamless services to patients.
Provide support to Patient Access Department Head: 1. Work on complicated patient case coordination and following-up. 2. Update and refresh information on regular basis to keep team updated. 3. Meet with Call Center regularly to maintain a constant flow of information. 4. Review registration quality and meet with Medical Record departmentto follow up on workflow changes. 5. Additional assignments from department head or management team.
Training 1. Provide clear career development opportunities for staff. 2. Train new team members.
Provide support to the Associate General Manager as needed. 任职要求: Qualifications: 1. Associate college degree required 2. 3 years’ working experience required 3. Supervision experience in healthcare industry is preferred
