岗位职责: • Comply with hospital policies • Clear of international patient safety goals and can identify patientsat risk of fall • Be able to do pain assessment using age appropriate scales and providepain management under supervision • Check vital signs and alert with early warning signs, be familiar withMEWS work flow and carry out correctly • Document patient’s intake and output according to EMR standard • Provide basic education to patients and family members • Escort patient within hospital and to external organizations safely • Perform hand hygiene technique correctly • Perform appropriate cleaning and disinfection of used medicalinstruments and equipment • Disinfect patient room after discharge • Ensure departmental equipment and consumable supplies available andready to use • Clear with narcotics management and familiar with the narcoticsstorage, usage and record • Clear with high alert medication management • Assist higher level nurse to do necessary preparation for procedures • Assist with routine personal care • Assist in ADL for patients • Crash cart checking • Manipulating department medical equipment
Department assistant and clerk work as: • Admission Registration including preparing in-patient admissionfolder, room notification to front desk, etc • Discharge procedures including patient bill activities, return allpatient files to correct department, etc • Update of patient information board which should be correspondencewith front desk board • Coordination between nursing, medical and administrative staff • Make clinical appointments and block sessions for inpatient patients • Dealing with phone calls • Vehicle booking, conference room booking, non-medical supply application 任职要求: • Licensing Needed - Registered nurse in China • Minimal Education Requirement - Polytechnic nursing school graduate,associate nursing degree or above preferred • Minimal Experience Requirement - 0~2 years working experience in nursing • BLS ACLS certification according to policy
