岗位职责: Responsibilities: Provide senior level outpatient and inpatient care to include coverageof NICU and children in the ICU Liaise with local Hospitals departments of pediatrics looking foropportunities for collaboration, and facilitate ongoing communication. Assist in the development of NICU and Pediatric Specialty Clinic Follow all Department of Pediatric guideline and use Up to date assource for evidence based practice Become PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation qualified within one year of start. Provide parents of all patients appropriate parent education. Provides the same level of service regardless of patient background. Treats patients in a prompt and courteous manner Participates in professional development efforts to keep current onhealth care trends and practices Maintains strictest confidentiality Assist with general pediatrics Other duties as requested by chair of department, ACMO or CMO 任职要求: Qualifications: Medical Degree from an accredited institution Residency training in an accredited institution Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or pastresidence.
