岗位职责: • Deliver patient centered care anytime. • Resident in ward, under the direction of senior doctors. • Take night shift one or two times each week as assigned. • Work in the JCI requirements and assist CARF implementation. • In line with JCI requirements on medical documents. • Take leadership role on case management during working time. • Feedback to supervisor whatever good to patient care and quality improvement. • Other clinical work agreed by both parties. 任职要求: Qualifications (Sex, Age, Education, Experience, Language Requirement): • Rehab doctor, internal doctor or ICU doctor in grade 3 hospitals • Night shift independently • Attending doctor or above Skills and Knowledge: • ACLS • Internal medicine knowledge • Clinical pathway and evidence medicine • Office software • English communication ability plus • Good communication and personal skill
