岗位职责: • Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases andinjuries of infants and children into young adulthood in both theinpatient and outpatient setting. • Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data throughinterviews. • Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinicallaboratory tests required. • Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings. • Conducts ward rounds and prescribes therapy. • Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, andcompresses. Performs minor surgical procedures. • Determines need for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. • May be granted additional privileges based on documented proficiency • Serve as attending physician in the neonatal intensive care unit on anas needed basis as determined by the Department Chairperson or CMO. • Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other pediatricians, Fudan University NICU team andDepartment Chairperson. • Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supportingdepartmental goals • May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation withDepartment Chairperson. • Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation of medicalprofessionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of their ongoingduties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellowsor other relevant trainees. • Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, departmentchair or CMO. • Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other Internal Medicine physicians and Department Chairperson. • Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics inevery aspect of his or her work and relationships.
