1. Provide direct medical care to the patients in outpatient andinpatient of internal medicine department, specialized in Endocrine.
2. Leading with trust and driving accountability demonstrate broadand deep medical care knowledge to build skills of others.
3. Support the build and execution of building an international,patient/family centered medical care.
4. Support the build of systems and processes including, managementsystems, clinical and operations processes, strategic and tacticalplanning, budgeting, financial analysis, and clinical operations.
5. Create a cohesive culture of patient centered care andoutstanding customer service at all levels and in all roles
6. Maintain highest levels of quality and patient safety
7. Equally share call/coverage duties
8. Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients
9. Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy
10. Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner
11. Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested
12. Participate in Fellow training when requested
13. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round,Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
MD from an accredited program, Board certified in endocrine specialty. Complete understanding of how to build and operate a patient/familycentered medical care delivery system International exposure or activities demonstrating high cultural competence. Deep understanding or connectivity to China or its Territories.
