岗位职责: 1. 根据医院规章制度和操作规程，为病人提供医疗保健和护理服务。 Carry out hospital policies and procedures and provide a wide range ofhealth care services and quality of care to patients in clinic. 2. 与护士、医务人员和其他相关人员沟通协调，完成护士长或主管分配的任务。 Coordinate with nurses, medical staff and other relevant staff,accomplish assigned tasks by head nurse or charge nurse. 3. 能够进行耳鼻内窥镜术前/术后的准备和消毒工作，满足耳鼻内窥镜的操作要求。 Competent to perform pre/post ENT endoscope preparation andsterilization, monthly IC culture as meet IC requirements. 4. 能够协助进行非侵入性手术，如伤口护理、洗眼/鼻、耳鼻咽喉镜检查等。 Able to assist in non-invasive procedures such as wound care, eye/nosewashing, ENT scope exams, etc 任职要求: 1. 护理专业大专或以上学历 Associated degree or above of Nursing 2. 持有护士执业资格证书 Chinese Registered Nurse License 3. 至少3年或以上的护理工作经验，扎实的耳鼻喉科的护理知识At least 3 years of nursing workingexperience with adequate knowledge in ENT and nursing. 4. 细心、专业和积极的工作态度 Careful, professionalism and positive work attitude 5. 良好的沟通技能及服务意识 Good communication skills and service awareness 6. 良好的英语沟通能力者优先 Good English communication skill is preferred
