岗位职责: • Carry out hospital’s policy and procedure properly • Professionalism and positive work attitude • Working with patients and families and providing education • Competent to use basic medical equipment such as infusion pump,cardiac monitoring resuscitator and AED • Assist physician for simple procedures including: casting, dressingchange and suturing etc. • Competent to perform basic nursing skills, basic nursing care • Interact with own staff, physicians and other department’s staff • Float among various clinical services, where qualified and competent • Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, ina timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms. • Care for patients with less critical medical illnesses with ESI level4 and below with supervision. • Carry out various nursing interventions, assigned treatment anddiagnosis to patients with the supervision of higher level nurses. • Administers medications with supervision of higher level nurses. • Escort’s patients to and from various locations within or outside SHU. • In charge of patient with supervision of higher level nurses. • Other duties assigned by the department and higher level staff. 任职要求: • Licensing Needed - Registered nurse in China • Minimal Education Requirement - Polytechnic nursing school graduate,associate nursing degree or above preferred • Minimal Experience Requirement – 0~2 years working experience innursing , ER/ICU experience preferred • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
