岗位职责: • Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases andinjuries within the scope of Internal Medicine in outpatient setting.Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data throughinterviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations andclinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results andevaluates examination findings. Conducts ward rounds and prescribestherapy. Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics,drugs, and compresses. Performs minor surgical procedures. Determinesneed for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May begranted additional privileges based on documented proficiency • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other Internal Medicine physicians and Department Chairperson • Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supportingdepartmental goals • May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation withDepartment Chairperson. 任职要求: • Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine • Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (or Equivalent)at a hospital and program acceptable to the Chairperson and ChiefMedical Officer • Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred
