Patient Services Coordinator 客户关系协调员(夜班)-Beijing-00941

1. High school education or above
2. One year working experience in hospitality, customer service, patientcare or related fields.
3. Male preferred
To ensure patient’s registration data is accurate, greet and assistpatients who visit the hospital or who phone with inquiries or makeappointments.


Core duties:
• Be ready to greet patients.
• Provide excellent services in greeting customers.
• Direct patients in the right direction, escort patients as much aspossible
• Explain services to patients
• Promote the hospital and its services
• Interact with patients with any issue, answer patient inquiries andassist patient when required with any issue,
• Keep up to date with everything that is happening at UFH in order toinform patients and answer questions thoroughly
• Assign medical record number for new patients
• Explain registration process to new patients and assist in thecompletion of necessary forms.
• Obtain verification of patient’s personal identification uponregistration and financial insurance documents.
• Enter mandatory fields of patient information and complete patientregistration in the system.
• Track the registration mistakes correction.
• Admission, discharge and transfer of inpatients
• Assist in scheduling appointments including all satellite clinics
• Introduce membership information
• Announce codes - Red, yellow, green, pink, blue
• Switchboard operator: handling incoming calls, transfers calls torelevant departments, assists in scheduling appointments, providedirections and answer general inquires etc.
• Answer general patient inquiries and assist patient when needed,
• Take messages on the telephone and make sure they are deliveredimmediately
• Keep lobby and front desk tidy and orderly
• Act as triage liaison calling the ER Nurse or clerk for medicalissues.
• Assist patients by booking airline tickets, hotel rooms, order flowersand providing patient and visitors with local information they mayrequest.
• Maintain at least 98% accuracy in daily completeness of mandatoryfields report.
• Help send fax, assist patient use public website, and call longdistance calls.
• Call security guard and/or Ayi for clinics
• Sell gift shop items and flowers
• Maintain good working relations with all departments
• Other tasks that are allotted by management.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Keep work area neat and organized
• Comply with other assigned work by Supervisor.

Other duties preformed :
• Update on call lists, and call the on call physician accordingly.
• Maintain sufficient supply of doctor’s name cards and flyers/brochuresin the lobby
