UFH Marketing Communication Director-北京-01255

• Develop and implement annual marketing plan on time, within budget tomeet and exceed expectation
• Work with agency to develop full sets of education and promotion videoto promote the brand and various services of UFH;
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, negotiate all UFH media investment
• Supervise the operations of UFH branded properties (company website,Wechat, Weibo) to build positive WOM for UFH and re-enforce customerloyalty
• Leverage CRM systems for lead generation, up sell, cross sellopportunities in order to drive patient volume and revenue for allfacilities and service areas.
• Oversee a team of 5-15 people to support materials/services in thearea of marketing, communications and public relations;
• Conduct market research projects (qualitative and quantitative) todevelop in-depth understanding of customer base;
• Work with legal and other UFH functions to protect UFH brand’sintellectual property rights.
• Negotiate with agencies and partners to secure agreements that arebeneficial to the company, both long term and short term;
• Other duties as directed
• Over 10 years proven experience in service industry or healthcareindustry, with strong background in brand management and directmarketing
• At least 5 years of management and team-leading experience
• Medical background strongly preferred
• College/University degree above
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• High level of familiarity with digital marketing vehicles(websites,SNS, etc)
• Proficient with CRM systems (MS Dynamics)
• Clear understanding of marketing models, key metrics and statisticalanalysis
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking skills; strong learningability
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast growing, entrepreneur organization withminimal supervision
• Lead the development and implementation of UFH brand strategies,marketing communications, and public relations activities, both externaland internal, to maximize both long term and short term interests ofUFH.
• Leverage digital marketing vehicles such as SNS to enhance UFHcorporate image and premium brand positioning in market place; utilizeCRM systems to re-enforce customer loyalty and acquire new customers todrive patient volume and revenue for all facilities and services.
• Conduct relevant market research, monitor competitive movements andmarket trends; Collaborate with business development and legal functionon strategic planning and intellectual property rights protection.
• Work with cross functional team (medical staff, finance, sales, etc)to establish pricing strategies, develop product/service bundles tomaximize revenue and profit for all facilities and services.
• Provide UFH branding guidelines and principles for service locationsand multi-disciplinary areas to follow in order to ensure a consistentUFH presence in market place as well as premium positioning in front ofconsumers.
