岗位职责 Responsibilities: To ensure hospital facility back up services running smoothly and at lowrisk situation. To ensure the department operation economically, keep control the costwithin budget. Set up essential procedures of emergencies and have them tested timely. Coordinate with hospital modification work, clear up potential risk stepby step. To ensures staff get necessary training. Sharing experience and sourcebetween Supervise to implement annual preventive work of Facilities. Communicate with other departments in time and give the relatedFacilities support to them. Report the Facilities running situation to Associate General Manager intime and implement his/her direction to facilities. Ensure clean and safe hospital environment for staff and patient. Supervise security guard service in the hospital ensure the safety issuein the hospital. Provide annual evaluation and coaching to sub-coordinates. Construction supervision and coordination. Kitchen and Dining area supervision and coordination. Preparing facility annual operation report. 任职条件 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or preferably master’s degree. Engineer certificate or above. Prefer to have service oriented or property management workingexperience 10 years of technical/supervisory experience. Prefer to have 5 years hospital working experience. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese andEnglish. Good leadership skills. Effective communication skill Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge: Understanding of facilities related government laws.
