Inside Sales Manager (Asia-Pacific)

The inside sales manager’s responsibility is to assist sales accountmanager to develop and maintain healthy relationship between GenScriptand key accounts in his\her territory, so as to expand GenScript'sbusiness and achieve the sales goal.

1. Solid biological related education background. Master degree orabove. Overseas experience is required.
2. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation ability.
4. Willing to travel and ready for international traveling.

The main duties of the Inside Sales Manager are summarized as follows:
1. Assist to manage business development in his territory.
2. Execute strategies and plans to grow the total sales each year.
3. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increasedbusiness in related areas.
4. Build relationships with key business entities, government,professional institute, academic, and distributor companies.
5. Works closely with multiple internal and external groups(e.g. HR,production team, Technical support team, marketing team etc.) needed toproduce a winning effort.
6. Attend related activities, such as conference and seminars, andprovide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
