JOB SUMMARY 职位简述
关键客户经理将负责贯彻落实公司的推广策略,通过良好的市场推广及沟通技巧完成市场推广工作,在商业渠道内发展和保持与关键客户良好的信息传递关系,推广本医院的服务产品信息。
Key Account Manager will be in charge of the execution of company’sbusiness development plans. Develop and keep good relationships with keyaccounts in commercial channels by effective marketing promotionactivities and communication skills. He/she will in charge of thepromotion of our hospital's services to key accounts.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责
1. 根据公司市场推广策略和政策,建立区域商业行动计划
Establish the regional business action plans according to the company'spromotion strategies
2. 向医疗及相关专业人士推广本医院的服务产品信息
Promote our hospital’s services to related key accounts in commercialchannels
3. 在指定区域内建立客户关系,维护和增长业务,以达成市场推广目标
Build up and keep good relationships with key accounts to developbusiness opportunities in the region, achieve the channel developmenttargets
4. 负责指定区域的客户教育、服务
In charge of the education and services to the key accounts in theregion
5. 在工作中不断提高个人知识和技能
Improve personal knowledge and skills during his/her work
6. 在雇员工作岗位和工作能力的合理范围内,管理层或董事会随时要求雇员履行的其他职责。
Finish other reasonable tasks given by the management team or Board


QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
1. 医学、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above degrees, major in Medical, sales & marketing orrelated
2. 5年及以上的大客户开发管理经验,有高端理财或医疗保险、高端俱乐部会籍或奢侈品市场推广经验者优先
At least 5 years key account development experiences, experiencesbusiness development in upmarket wealth management, high-value medicalinsurances, luxuries or club membership will be preferred
3. 具备良好的大客户管理及市场活动组织策划能力
Skilled in key account management, good capabilities of planning andexecution of marketing activities
4. 良好的沟通与表达能力
Good communication skills
5. 有进取心,积极主动
Positive with ambitious
