Application Specialist provides formal clinical application training forCT customers, and classroom training and remote application support forCT installation base within warranty. Responsibility includes developingnew function of CT products, providing pre-sale technical support andmarketing promotion for sales opportunity.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):1. Providetechnical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstratingfull range of product features including potential uses, productcapabilities and benefits to customers as needed.2. Develop, coordinateand deliver product training to customers on software, applicationand/or equipment use, monitor customer installations to improve customersatisfaction and maintain customer relationships.3. Improve customersatisfaction and socket retention through continuous education onoptimization of equipment uses.4. Support trade shows and professionalconferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well ascustomer training.5. Use market and product knowledge to assist salesteam in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.6.Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedbackon customer satisfaction and needs.
Required Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s Degree, majored in Medicalpreferred2. Minimum 5 years of related experience3. Required activeprofessional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary toscan live patients in a clinical setting 4. Demonstrated current basicclinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms 5.Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office6. Willingness totravel extensively 7. Ability to communicate effectively using local language
