Role Summary/Purpose : Develops a China regional MI product/portfolio strategy includingproduct positioning, market segmentation and targeting and installedbase retention. This position is responsible for generating growth forMI products in China through demand creation and funnel acceleration inpartnership with Field Marketing; and supporting future product planningby identifying market trends, relevant buying centers and personas, andcustomer needs.
Qualifications/Requirements : 1. Bachelor’s Degree in clinical medicine, medical imaging or relatedMedical field. 2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Product marketing or related field. 3. Healthcare product/industry acumen. 4. Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision andmarketing strategy 5. Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports 6. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse,cross-functional teams 7. Excellent oral and written Global communications skills 8. Ability to motivate and lead a team of direct reports 9. Strong analytical and process skill 10. Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute oncreative ideas 11. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrateorganizational influence
