岗位职责:
Summary of Responsibilities:
•Manage internal operations of medical records team
管理病案团队的内部运营工作
•Manage interdepartmental communication
管理跨部门沟通
•Understand government related medical record regulations and guidelines
了解政府相关的病案法规和指南
•Audit medical files and provide timely feedback to departments,physicians, nurses
审核医疗档案,及时向科室、医生和护士反馈

Responsibilities:
•Management/Leadership Responsibilities
管理职能:
1.Organize daily teamwork and train new hires
组织日常团队合作及培训新员工
2.Train clinical staff on medical record standards and improvement plans
.对临床工作人员进行病历标准和改进计划的培训
3.Lead team to improving medical record standards and adherence
带领团队提高病案记录的标准和依从性
4.Assist medical staff in evaluation of the quality of patient care andin developing criteria and methods for such evaluation
协助医务人员评估病人护理的质量,并制定评估的标准和方法

•Basic Medical Record Skills/Workflows
基本技能及工作流程:
1.Distribute EMR /medical files according to clinic/hospital needs
根据临床/医院的需求分发EMR /医疗文件
2.Release medical information according to facility policies
根据各地医院政策发布医疗信息
3.Transcription medical report upon request
应要求转录医疗报告
4.Collect and analyze data for volume and health care related programs
收集和分析数据量和卫生保健相关项目
5.Strictly maintain patient confidentiality
严格为患者保密
6.Review medical records for completion and adherence to local and UFHpolicies
检查病案记录,以完成和遵守当地和UFH政策
任职资格:
Qualifications:
任职资格:
•At least 5 years working in medical records department
至少五年病案室工作经验
•Medical/nursing background preferred
医科/护理专业背景优先考虑
•Joint Commission International experience preferred
有JCI经验优先考虑
•Associate college degree required
大专或以上学历

•Strong organization and leadership skills

•English and Chinese language proficiency (Cantonese preferred)
