Establishes and maintains positive, effective communication andinterpersonal relationships with associates, department managers andmedical staff department/committees Perform and assist in setting standards for administrative functions Responsible for equipment procurement for the department; coordinatessupply and equipment orders among Clinic users, BME, Procurement andFinance team to ensure the delivery of the equipment and testing Respond the department requirements on facility maintenance andimprovement, to ensure operation effectiveness and patient satisfactory Coordinate clinical department, IT, Patient Access, Patient FinancialService and Customer Solution team to review and optimize patient flowof information and patient journey; create workflow to support ITdevelopment to improve patient experience Administer quality of service through consistent development, design,implementation and evaluation of department policies and proceduresnecessary to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness resulting inimproved patient care services Assist with the administration of risk management and performanceimprovement programs that ensures the delivery of quality patient careand meets regulatory requirement on reporting, on-site inspection andqualification maintenance Assist business performance review and budget planning; Implement andmonitor budget within financial parameters and guidelines set forth inapproved budget Contribute to strategic planning activities and work with BD team toevaluate/implement new services or programs; coordinates the creationand distribution of brand collateral to department
