1. Provide and strengthen the thoracic surgery services in JiahuiClinics and Jiahui International Hospital (outpatient and inpatient care) 2. Support the other departments to build any services involvingthoracic surgery in Jiahui Clinics and Jiahui International Hospital. 3. Be available for thoracic emergency consultations during the night,weekend, or holiday as needed. 4. Participate in quality and safety programs, staff, and educationalmeetings, etc. 5. Maintain high-standard professionalism and patient’s confidentiality. 6. Abide by medical staff bylaws, Jiahui’s policies and government’s regulations. 7. Perform other assignments designated by the Chief of Service andChief Medical Officer. 8. Equally share call/coverage duties 9. Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients 10. Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy 11. Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner 12. Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested 13. Participate in Fellow training when requested 14. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round,Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
